4-month progress report

It's been about 4 months since visiting Lenka in Boulder and hiking another 14'er; another on of those sweet trips I'll remember forever. That was also when I started listening to Abraham, and started consciously practicing making decisions based on what makes me feel good. Not much has changed, and yet everything has changed.

That marked the most significant turning point in my life. Since then, the gaps between feeling just ok and feeling excited about life have narrowed. Now every day is thrilling at some point, and not by chance. I am making it happen reliably, through changing the way I feel. The time it takes me to notice I don't like something and shift my attention has decreased by an order of magnitude to usually under a minute. I've thrown away beliefs that didn't serve me and finding more is satisfying, like blasting asteroids in the classic arcade game.

I haven't been sick once (abnormal for me during the winter). I'm drinking alcohol and coffee, eating beef, getting massages, seeing a chiropractor, having more fun, doing less work, and just enjoying everything as much as possible.

I'm excited for what's coming, but all I care about is that I feel at ease right now. Everything is always ok, everything always works out for me, and I deserve whatever I want.

Ok, here we go, a 2nd attempt at a blog.

I know, I'm late to the game, but the game is easier to play now. Feels like my first attempt was ages ago; I think I wrote one entry. I didn't "get it" back. I know more now, and I've got more to say.

Some explanation:
  1. When a 140 chars tweet isn't enough, I'll write it here and post a link on Twitter. Keep following me there and you won't miss a thing.
  2. I might change the design, title, etc. as my focus and mood change.
  3. This is the hub for everything "me". The "links" section will point you to all my other content.
Maybe Lenka will get in on this, too. I would love to hear about all the amazing things she's doing. It inspires me, and I know there are lots of people that would benefit from her wisdom and infinite energy.

I'm partly inspired by Genevra's blog, where I think she's doing a great job keeping us in the loop.

This is fun.
